Form 16 Online: How to Download and File Your TDS Certificate



  • You may fill out these forms using an online Form Filler or by downloading a PDF of the application. The Form Filler tool is a shared resource for four of our forms. You may see a different form than you expected (for example, a DS-11 instead of a DS-82). The Form Filler will create the correct form for you based on the information you enter. The Form Filler works best if you are applying for or renewing your U.S. passport in the United States or renewing by mail from Canada. If you need to apply for or renew your U.S. passport in another country, visit the webpage of the U.S. embassy or consulate in that country for more information. 1. Application For A U.S. Passport (DS-11) You should complete this form if you're applying for the first time, you're applying for your child who is under age 16, or you don't meet our requirements to renew your passport.

If the mailing address you provided on your child's application has changed and you're waiting for his or her U.S. passport book, passport card, or return of citizenship evidence documents, please contact the National Passport Information Center. You do not need to contact us if your address changed after you received your child's passport.


We also realize that some customers may not have a driver's license to present as photo ID. We accept other types of government-issued, primary photo ID, and will accept multiple forms of secondary photo ID if you do not have a primary ID.

Submit forms online through the Employees' Compensation Operations and Management Portal (ECOMP). On the ECOMP site you can register for an account, initiate a claim, upload documents, submit forms, and access your case.


OWCP's Federal Employees Program has made a variety of forms available online. These forms are only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer. It is highly recommended that you have the most current version (click on Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the current version) available on your workstation. These forms can be viewed in an Internet Explorer browser window, but not in other browsers. If you are using Chrome or Firefox, follow these instructions to download PDF files and open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader.


All of the Federal Employees Program's online forms (with the exception of Forms CA-16, CA-26 and CA-27) are available to print and to manually fill and submit. Simply click on the appropriate form and print it using the [Print] button provided near the top of the form. Write or type the required information on the hardcopy and authorize the form, if applicable, with a hand-written signature. Then mail or fax the completed form to the Federal Employees Program office you normally send to for this process.


Forms noted with an asterisk (*) may be electronically filled. Simply click on the appropriate form, fill out the form using your computer keyboard and the key or your mouse to navigate between form fields. Print the form (use the Print button on or near the top of the form), authorize the form (if applicable provide hand-written signature) and mail or fax the completed form to the Federal Employees Program office you normally send to for this process.


NOTE: When printing these files please remember to use the Adobe Acrobat Reader print icon or the [Print] button on the form, itself, and NOT your browser's print icon on the browser toolbar.


This form is only available to registered medical providers by logging into the OWCP Web Bill Portal. To submit the form, providers must click on the 'Provider' Link to the right of the FECA oval located at the top left of the home page, login with their user ID and password, and then click on the 'LMN Documents' link located in the left menu bar. For providers not yet registered, after clicking the 'Provider' link, click the 'Web Registration' link located in the left menu bar to register for web access. For providers not yet enrolled, click on 'Forms & Links' in the horizontal menu at the top of the home page to download the Provider Enrollment form and instructions.


All of the forms on this page are for use in patent applications filed on or after September 16, 2012. Forms for use in patent applications filed before September 16, 2012, may be accessed here.

Taxpayers or deductee cannot directly download form 16/form16A, the option to download Form 16/ 16A has been given to the Deductor. So, if you need Form 16 / 16A for TDS deducted by your current or previous employer or deductor you will have to contact them for the same. There is no option available on TRACES whereby you can download it yourself.


26QB is the challan cum return statement. As soon as you file the form, TDS amount paid by you gets utilized. There are few corrections that are allowed in form 26QB. You can refer to the article below. You cannot get the refund of the taxes paid through an online method. You can contact concerned Assessing Officer (AO) of the Income Tax Department (ITD).


The 2019 UIC owner or operator reporting forms have been modified from previous versions. The new reporting forms have been streamlined to improve data entry and reduce redundancy. The overview document linked below details the 2019 revisions and is intended to help users understand which forms are appropriate for reporting starting in 2019.


Owners or operators can select and download reporting forms from the list provided. Completed forms should be submitted directly to UIC state primacy programs. In non-primacy states, completed forms should be submitted directly to the regional EPA program.
